I came to this work the way many do — through my own unraveling. After years of seeking outside myself for answers, a single Reiki session reminded me that the light I was looking for had been waiting all along, patient and bright, just beneath my own heart.
As a Certified Reiki Level III Practitioner and licensed Nurse, I bridge clinical care with sacred energy work — holding space for others walking that same return. My practice is rooted in Usui Reiki, intuitive listening, and the slow medicine of forests, rivers and herbs that I've grown to know as teachers.
Every session is shaped around you — your breath, your story, the weather of your spirit on that day. There is nothing to fix. Only something to remember.

Healing modalities
Usui Reiki — Level I & II
Initiated into the original Japanese lineage of Mikao Usui.
Reiki Level III — Master Practitioner
Completed Master-level attunement and certification, deepening into one-to-one practice.
Herbal & Earth Practices
Inspired by my Amazonian heritage in South America, where I was raised by grandparents deeply connected to traditional healing practices. My grandmother served her community as a respected midwife, guided by wisdom, experience, and what many considered a God-given gift. My grandfather was a spiritual leader, healer, and counselor known for his wisdom, compassionate guidance, and use of plant medicine. Growing up surrounded by these traditions nurtured a lifelong respect for nature, spiritual connection, and the healing wisdom of plants. Together with my professional training and experience as a Registered Nurse, these influences continue to shape my holistic approach to wellbeing, healing, and personal transformation.
